問題の登板浴ですが、これは文句なし!
横になっても、あぐらをかいても、身体の内側から汗が吹き出し、まさにデトックス!
爽快感抜群です。
私は腰痛持ちですが、温めたあとのストレッチで大変楽になります。
最近寒くなって代謝も落ちがちなので、登板浴でリフレッシュは最高です!
