時計を購入させていただいた際に、指輪は是非ブライダルインビテーションにお越しくださいとのこと後日主人と伺いました。
ケーキなども出していただいて非日常を過ごさせていただいたこともすごく嬉しかったのですが、何より店員の方がすごく親切でデザインを決める際もじっくりと一緒に悩んでくださいました。
また記念にとお写真も撮っていただきこちらでお世話になって本当良かったなぁと思いました。

I used to buy an engagement watch and a wedding ring here.
When I bought the watch, I asked my husband later that he would like to come to the bridal invitation for the ring.

Also, I was glad that I took a picture to commemorate it and took care of me here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚指輪を見にウェディングフェア予約して行ったのに席が空いてないと言われ期待して行ったのにあまりのサービスの悪さにびっくりしました。接客もいまいちでした。カルティエへ憧れのイメージもありましたが今回の接客の悪さで結婚指輪の候補から外れました。もうカルティエには行きません。
I made a reservation for the wedding fair to see the wedding ring, but I was told that there were no seats available, and I expected it, but I was surprised at the poor service. The customer service was not good either. I had an image of admiration for Cartier, but due to the poor customer service this time, I was excluded from the candidates for wedding rings. I'm not going to Cartier anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初、ショーケースの前で立ったまま指輪をあれこれ見せられたので、この店は座らせてくれないのかと驚いていたら、ある程度候補が絞り込めてからは接客ブースに座らせてくれました(笑)。
2階からは御堂筋が見下ろせて雰囲気も良く、店員さんの接客も気持ちのいい感じでした。
At first, I was shown a lot of rings while standing in front of the showcase, so if I was surprised that this store would not let me sit down, after narrowing down the candidates to some extent, I let them sit in the customer service booth ( Lol).
From the 2nd floor, you can look down on Midosuji and the atmosphere is good, and the customer service of the clerk was also pleasant.
