漁	漁夫王 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 格闘技は全くの未経験で年齢的にも４０代半ばのため、不安はありましたが、ダイエットと健康増進のため、思いきって入会しました。先生も会員の皆様もとても良い人ばかりで未経験者でも安心して練習できる環境です。何より、道場はお洒落でとても清潔です。体力的な不安もありましたが、スパーリングなどは強制ではなく、自分の体力と相談しながらできるため、全く問題ありませんでした。入会して１ヶ月半くらいですが、早くもお腹周りが引き締まってきた感じがします。 I was completely inexperienced in martial arts and was in my mid-40s, so I was worried, but I decided to join because of my diet and health promotion. The teachers and members are all very good people, and even inexperienced people can practice with confidence. Above all, the dojo is fashionable and very clean.
