綾	綾田敏子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ時間『CARNE BAR KATETE』さんで炭火の香る『牛ハラミの炭火焼きステーキ』を頂きました。虎ノ門ヒルズビジネスタワーの裏通り、旧虎の門病院に抜ける道、ヒルズ駅地上からは徒歩すぐの地下にございます『CARNE BAR KATETE（カルネ　バル　カテテ）』さん。歩道においてあったA看板に誘われて入店しました。間接照明＆薄暗い店内でおしゃれな内装です。早速『牛ハラミの炭火焼きステーキ１０００円（２０２１年９月）』をオーダー、早速サーブ頂くと、すでにカットされている牛ハラミが登場！しました。頂くと、柔らかめレアなハラミの肉ゝしいお味がソースと相まって美味しいです。さらにサラダも美味しいくて、素敵で美味しいプレートです。ライスが水分量が多いのかモテっとしていて、これが普通なら更に素敵すぎるランチセットになると思います。ライスに関して言うと大盛無料なのと、ライスを無しにして、サラダ増量が出来るようで、女性の方は思い切ってライス無し→サラダ増量で頂いたほうがパフォーマンスが良いかもしれません（お腹減るかもしれませんが・・）虎ノ門界隈では、ステーキ系でお固くて、お味の少ないお肉をご提供されるお店もございますが、CARNE BAR KATETEさんはしっかり美味しいお肉をランチ時間にいただける素敵なお店です。 At lunch time "CARNE BAR KATETE", I had a charcoal-grilled beef skirt steak.
