I heard that there will be a line, so I asked with plenty of time. 7:30. 5 people before. In the end, 10 people lined up behind me. It was very delicious. レ	レベル名院 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創業1986年老舗の有名サンドウィッチ屋。上井草駅北口をまっすぐ千川通りに向かって左手にお店はある。隣りはこれまた有名な洋食屋キッチン南海。朝6時から営業で早い時間は20種以上と種類も豊富だが昼ぐらいだと殆ど売り切れ状態。価格は200円台〜と手頃なお値段。味わいは奇をてらわない素朴で懐かしいお味。ディズニー映画レミーのおいしいレストランで出てくるラタトゥィユみたいに郷愁に浸れる昔を想い出す味わい。若い人にはちょっと分からないかも知れない。シンプルがゆえに家でも作れそうという人はいるかも知れないが実は細かいところに技が詰まっており恐らく再現できないだろう。山崎製パンから仕入れられているパンは耳に水分を取られないよう直ぐに耳をカットすることによりやわらかしっとりのサンドウィッチを完成させている。 1番人気の定番の卵サンドも卵を丁寧に手で潰しマヨネーズだけでなく少し塩を入れることで酸味よりも卵の甘みが引き立つように計算されている。カツサンドや野菜サンドも然り一つ一つに長年の拘りが詰まっている。それ故に一度食べるとまた食べたくなる。 Founded in 1986, a well-established famous sandwich shop.
