★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洋菓子の老舗です。小さな店舗ですが、こちらの生クリー厶系のケーキが美味しいです。残念なことに生クリーム系のケーキは季節によってはないときがあります。焼き菓子はいつもあるようです。

夏場は苺が手に入らない為、焼菓子中心だとオーナーがおっしゃっていましたが、11月下旬よりショートケーキが販売されるようになりました。
ショートケーキ一個税込400円
スポンジがとてもしっとりしており、口に入れると生クリームと調和してとろける感じでとても美味しかったです。

レモンケーキを購入しましたが今まで食べたレモンケーキでは1番好きな味でした♪

やや甘めの味わいですが、広島ではこれが標準です。レモンケーキがとくに美味。
ご主人が底押さんで、タルト屋さんにピッタリなお名前と思ったけれど、タルトはメニューにないかも。

広島産レモン?の香がとてもいいです！生地もしっとり感が程よく、いい意味で従来のレモンケーキのイメージを覆してくれます。
