西	西井こうすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過去3年間に出会った中で、ここのカプチーノがいちばん美味しいです。注文後しばらくして、カップに満タンまで注がれたカプチーノが席に置かれると、追加のスチームミルクを注がれフォームが盛り上がります。ミルクの甘味が引き出されていてそのままでもじゅうぶん美味しいですが、単品の場合は泡の上に砂糖を乗せていただくのがおすすめです。ゆっくりカップを傾けて飲む分にはほとんど味が変わりませんが、飲む瞬間に少し勢いをつけてやると砂糖と泡が口の中に飛び込んできます。これがとても美味しく、スイーツ代わりとなります。また、エスプレッソはキンボの粗い砂糖がほとんど溶けないうちから美味しく飲めるマイルドな味わいです。しかし当然薄いわけではありません。ティラミスをはじめとした甘味も比較的充実していてハズレがないです。 2022/3/7 instagramにて建物の建て替えのため半年以内に退去されることが発表されましたが、移転先が不明なので駅に近い今のうちに訪れることをオススメします。 The cappuccino here is the most delicious I've met in the last three years. す	すずきのなにがし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『くつろげる隠れ家的な本格カフェ』です。細い路地の細い通路を通っての細い階段を上がった二階にあるので、隠れ家ないしアジトのような印象を受けました。お相撲さんは途中でつっかえるくらいの巾です(笑) 二階に上がると意外に広く(といっても10人ちょいで満席)、イタリア？的な店内は、白を基調として明るく、店内を彩る雑貨類も本当にオシャレです。自家焙煎？のコーヒーは、苦すぎも薄すぎもせず正に絶妙な加減。後味の苦みも後を引くことも無いので感動しました。絶妙すぎるのですぐ飲んじゃいました(泣)なのでもう一杯！と思わず頼みたくなるほどです。パニーニの焼きもしっかり、肉感もすごくしっかりしているので食べ応えがあって満足感が高いです。パニーニを食べる機会は少ないのですが、そんじょそこらのカフェよりも余裕で美味いし、コンビニの300倍は美味い。料理や雰囲気を堪能できたので豊かな時が過ごせました。帰り際の｢また、いらしてくださいね｣の言葉が胸に染みました。必ず再訪したいと思えるお店でした。 It is a "relaxing hideaway authentic cafe". r	ryota suzuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の夕方5時頃に2人で訪問。新静岡駅から北東に歩き、鷹匠の路地裏の雑居ビル的な建物の2階にある小さな隠れ家カフェです。場所知らないとなかなか見つけられなそうですが、若い女性層でカウンター、テーブルともにお客さんが入っていました。おそらく人気店です。内装は白を基調にしたヨーロッパ調の古民家的な雰囲気です。フランス、イタリアに関する本やオブジェクトがあったのでそういうオーナーの意向なのでしょう。素敵です。飲み物はアイスラテとキャラメルラテ、食べ物はパニーニと大人のティラミスを注文。メニューの説明や取り皿の提供、コーヒー什器もハリオを使ってたりなどこだわり持って丁寧にやってるんだろうな〜と感じさせてくれます。ラテはエスプレッソやガムシロが別容器できて後入れスタイルなのが可愛いです。パニーニは中のお肉もしっかりボリュームあって美味しい…ピクルスが後半のアクセントになり満足です！ティラミスは上のチョコの刻み具合が絶妙で、スポンジ部分もラム酒が染み染みで美味しかったです。今度はホットコーヒーと一緒に頼んでみたいです。店内は清潔感に溢れていますが、新しい、明るい、綺麗、広いチェーンのコーヒー店とは逆のコンセプトで一線を画す隠れ家カフェです。絶対また伺います！ Two people visited around 5 pm on Sunday evening.
