★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入るなり豆がお出迎え。右手に中型焙煎機。先ず、価格が良心的。次に鮮度。しっとりと深煎りの光沢があり、お決まりのハンドピックにより、豆の不揃いが排除されている。そして、100gからの販売ロットが嬉しい。これだとお一人様でも、豆の鮮度(2週間)を失うことなく、複数の豆で飲み比べできる。初回は、小手試しに、酸味ありコク控え目のマンデリンは◎。次はコロンビアを実飲。

基本的にブレンドがメインでストレートな豆は少なめ。それでも価格が一般的な相場から言うと100～200円ほど安く見えますが大丈夫？？って逆に心配になるレベル?
駐車場がないので表のコインパーキングか、路駐で。
