k	ken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店主の手が遅いため（丁寧に作っているとも言える）料理が提供されるまでの時間が長過ぎる。（具体的には一組分の料理を作るのに30分くらいかかるため、入るタイミングにもよるが三組目に入った客は料理が出てくるまで1時間半くらいかかる。）料理は美味しかったので店でゆっくりしたい人や気長な人にはちょうどいいのかもしれません。逆に観光客には不向きな店 Anyway, the shopkeeper's hands are slow (it's also said that they are carefully made) and it takes too long for food to be served. (Specifically, it takes about 30 minutes to make one set of dishes, so it depends on the timing of entry, but it takes about one and a half hours for the third set customers to come out with the food.) S	Super Falcon-K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皇子山運動公園近くにある三階建てのひときわ目をひく建物が『ruRemake』さん。こちらの2〜3週替わりのプレートランチがオススメ。元々和の職人だった店主さんが作るランチは見た目以上に中身も本当に凝っていて、お味の方もいつ食べても何食べても本当に美味しい！昨年秋にいただいた明太子とクリームチーズ茄子の挟み揚げなんて、本当にびっくりするほどの美味しさでした。他にもパスタランチやフレンチトーストもメニューにあるので、そちらの方も近々試してみたいです。ただ、お店は店主さんおひとりでされているので、行く時は前もって予約しておくのがベターかも。お店の前に広い駐車場があるので、クルマでもバイクでも安心して停めれるところも高ポイント。浜大津、皇子山近辺でランチを考えてる方には強くオススメします！ "RuRemake" is a three-story building near Ojiyama Sports Park that stands out. We recommend this plate lunch that changes every 2 to 3 weeks. The lunch prepared by the owner, who was originally a Japanese craftsman, is more elaborate than it looks, and the taste is really delicious no matter what you eat! The fried mentaiko and cream cheese eggplant that I had last fall was really amazing. There are also pasta lunches and French toast on the menu, so I'd like to try them soon. However, since the shop is run by the owner alone, it may be better to make a reservation in advance when you go. There is a large parking lot in front of the shop, so it is a high point that you can park your car or motorcycle with confidence. Highly recommended for those who are thinking about lunch near Hamaotsu and Ojiyama!

I went there with a friend who's vegetarian, and the guy who runs it made adaptations to the pasta sauce to accommodate her diet. She gave a really good feedback about it. The service was really good even though it's run by only one person. I will definitely go back and introduce this place to more friends, because I'm sure they will like it!
