If you’re japanese isn’t at the level of ordering at a restaurant, there’s not much English support, but the staff are friendly and I’m sure you could work it out together. :) I recommend this place if you’re looking for a cheap quick lunch in downtown Ohtsu near the harbor. (English below) It was delicious! The amount is just right for me (less than "normal") and the fact that there are many side dishes for a 500 yen lunch is also an advantage.
