There were no other guests, partly because it was a quiet restaurant and dinner was early.
The Bongole Biango I ordered was delicious.
Soup spaghetti style with thin noodles.

コロナ対策も厳重で、背の高いアクリル板が設置されています。
A store that has been around for a long time. The inside of the store is beautiful. Busta is very voluminous and enough to share with kids.
Corona measures are also strict, and a tall acrylic plate is installed.

For what it is, the food Is very simple and I would give it a 4/5. As for the owner, he deserves 110% for hospitality and all the above.
We went to this restaurant twice during our stay in Karuizawa.
First time:
My family and I are staying at Hotel 1130 up the mountain and found this place by chance while heading back from Shiraito Falls. This might be the only chance I will ever be able to experience another meal such as this where the host, server, chef, and cashier is all one person! He's a really cool dude that is also a certified mclaren motorbiker. The restaurant is very clean and has a "home" feel to it. The menu is relatively simple and is in Japanese. It's basically split into pasta/spaghetti, pizza, salad, hamburger steaks, and some other simple to cook foods. Although the food is simple, the guy was able to cook up five dishes and each tasted excellent. His sauces were good. If you want some place to eat and don't want to drive 20 km to the town center, this is definitely the place to go.
Our second trip to this place:
So we were back up in hotel 1130 and the time was 7:30 PM. All restaurants within 15km of us were closed. We decided to give this restaurant a call and even though he closed shop at 7 PM, he said it was okay if we came. Two people from my family couldn't come and he did not have any to-go boxes. It's in Japanese culture to follow their preset rules and we did not want him to destroy his food-art making. So we reasoned that he could pillage the food and then we would not finish and take some to go. Still, he did not have to-go containers, so we had brought our own tray from the hotel and he let us have 2 large ziplock bags. We ended up packing a salad and a seafood pizza.
