★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一生住みたいと思わせる集合住宅、アパートメント傳の中にある静謐なカフェです。
建築家泉幸甫氏の作品で、メーカーとは別格の佇まいです。住んだときの雰囲気を味あうために、コーヒーを飲みに行くのも面白いと思います。
中庭に緑が溢れていて、近くの早稲田通りから道を一本入り、さらに集合住宅の中に入ると別世界。都会であることを忘れる静けさ。
塗り壁が美しい。池にはメダカが泳いでいる。
中庭があるが、プライベートは守られた設計。住宅の内部も見てみたいが、無理なのでカフェで設計にふれる。
建築には詳しくないが、内部の土壁？が落ち着く。丸いガラスがはめられ、明るさが出てモダンな雰囲気。
ケーキのオランジュは、昔ながらの味といった感じ。チョコレート部分がいまいちだった。
コーヒーの傳ブレンドは、香りがよくスッキリとした味で美味しかった。
静かなカフェなのに女性店員が常連と談笑しているのがうるさかったので、マイナス1しました。
総合的にはゆったりできる良いカフェだと思います。
 It is a quiet cafe in Apartment Den, an apartment house that makes you want to live for a lifetime.
It is a work of architect Kosuke Izumi and has a special appearance from the manufacturer. I think it's interesting to go out for coffee to enjoy the atmosphere of living.
The courtyard is full of greenery, and if you enter a road from the nearby Waseda-dori and then enter the apartment, you will find another world. The tranquility of forgetting that it is a city.
The plastered walls are beautiful. Medaka is swimming in the pond.
There is a courtyard, but the design is private. I would like to see the inside of the house, but it is impossible, so I will touch on the design at the cafe.
I'm not familiar with architecture, but is it an internal clay wall? Calms down. Round glass is fitted to create a bright and modern atmosphere.
The orange of the cake has an old-fashioned taste. The chocolate part was not good enough.
The coffee blend was delicious with a nice aroma and a refreshing taste.
Even though it was a quiet cafe, it was noisy that the female clerk was chatting with the regulars, so I reduced it by one.
Overall, I think it's a good cafe where you can relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 계속 난방을 틀어놔서 건조하고 발쪽은 너무 추웠습니다.
한번정도는 집근처이고 리뷰가 좋아서 방문했지만, 전기콘센트도 와이파이도 없고 현금 결재만 가능해서 제 기준의 휴식할만한 카페는 아니었습니다.
딸기케잌과 커피는 괜찮은 편이나 재방문의사는 없습니다.
The heater was on all the time, so it was dry and my feet were too cold.
I visited it once because it was close to my house and had good reviews, but it was not a cafe where I could take a break by my standards as there were no electric outlets or wifi and only cash payment was possible.
Strawberry cake and coffee are good, but I have no intention of visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隠れ家的で、とても美しくリラックスできるカフェでした！ひっそりとした雰囲気に中に入るまで不安だったのですが、丁寧な接客で迎え入れていただき、蔦の葉と木漏れ日が注ぐ店内で良い珈琲の香りがしました。そして、ほとんどの席が埋まっていて、とても人気店のようです。ケーキも美味しかったです。帰りに家族用に購入して帰りました。
It was a hideaway, very beautiful and relaxing cafe! I was worried until I got inside the quiet atmosphere, but I was welcomed by the polite customer service, and the scent of coffee was good in the store where the leaves of vines and the sunlight through the trees poured. And most of the seats are occupied, so it seems to be a very popular shop. The cake was also delicious. I bought it for my family on my way home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の14時ごろに2名で伺いました。近くでランチを食べていて、ケーキとコーヒーを頂きたく来店しました。ちょうど席が開いていてラッキーでした。
何より店内の雰囲気が素晴らしいと感じました！壁に等間隔にあいた丸い穴から、自然光がまるでライトのように入ってくる何とも言えないおしゃれさでした。
次の予定があったためあまりゆっくりはできなかったのですが、平日の空いている時間（知る人ぞ知る人気店のようで空いているのでしょうか、、）にゆっくりしたいなと思いました。
コーヒーはブレンドを頂きましたが、普段エスプレッソばかり飲んでいるからか、マイルドに感じとても飲みやすかったです。
We visited with two people around 14:00 on Sunday. I was having lunch nearby and came to the store to have cake and coffee. I was lucky that the seats were just open.
Above all, I felt that the atmosphere inside the store was wonderful! It was an indescribable fashion that natural light came in like a light from the round holes that were evenly spaced in the wall.
I couldn't do it very slowly because I had the next plan, but I wanted to relax during the free time on weekdays (Is it like a popular shop known to those in the know?).
I got a blend of coffee, but I felt mild and it was very easy to drink, probably because I usually drink only espresso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 泉幸甫氏が東京建築賞最優秀賞を受賞した集合住宅敷地内にあるカフェ。美術館内にあるカフェかのように、骨董品や土壁、ガラス戸、光の入り具合まで細かく計算されている。ケーキは400円前後、飲み物500円～600円ほど。ワンドリンク制です。
A cafe on the premises of an apartment building where Kosuke Izumi won the highest award of the Tokyo Architecture Award. As if it were a cafe in a museum, antiques, earthen walls, glass doors, and the amount of light are calculated in detail. Cakes are around 400 yen, and drinks are around 500-600 yen. It is a one-drink system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hidden cafe around Higashi Nakano. Very delicate coffee and cakes are the best! I ordered the chiffon cake and blend coffee but it tasted delicious. It’s a bit hard to find but it’s worth going on to the adventure. Also, they do take outs for the cake. Next time if I have something around Nakano I’ll definitely be here again.
Fruit tart and iced coffee were also great combo to have btw. Plates are al different and that adds extra ambiance to the table! Check it out
