とにかく酷かった
担当してくださった方は少し可愛い顔で細身の男性だったのですが、内見の際(僕らは自分の車に乗ったので2台で行きました)に僕らを置いて猛スピードで走っていってしまうし、しかも赤信号無視ですし、
着いたら着いたでわざわざ奥が空いているのに手前に駐車されるのでこっちが停めにくいし、
手続きは遅いし、書類説明の際には漢字が読めなさすぎてもはやこっちが説明してるし、
挙句の果てには書類を出しに行く日が担当の方がお休みの日だったらしく、個人情報の書かれた書類をポストに入れておいてくれと言われました。
入居まで2ヶ月近くあったはずなのにその方の手違いで翌月に引っ越さなければならなくなるし、
買い物も大変でした。
管理がなってないどころの話ではありません。
ヘラヘラしていて頼りないし、入居ギリギリになっても必要なもの(ガスの接続など)連絡はないし、最悪です。
もう一人の男性はきちんとして下さったのでそれがせめてもの救いでした。

Anyway it was terrible
The person in charge was a slender man with a little cute face, but when I saw it (we went in two cars because we got in our car) we ran at a tremendous speed I will go away, and I will ignore the red light,
When I arrived, it was hard to stop because I parked in the foreground even though the back is open.
The procedure is slow, and when I explain the documents, I can't read the kanji, so I'm already explaining it.
At the end of the day, the person in charge seemed to have to take a day off to take out the documents, and I was asked to put the documents with personal information in the post.
It was supposed to have been about two months before moving in, but I will have to move to the next month due to that person's mistake,
Shopping was also difficult.
It's not about the lack of control.
It's the worst because it's fluttering and I can't rely on it, and even when I move in, there is no communication (things such as gas connection) that are necessary.
The other man did it properly, and it was at least a salvation.
