賃貸とは別にケーブル等の契約がいるという説明を受けました。
ここまでは対応もやりとりも問題なかったが、障害者手帳での割引があるか聞いたところ
「物件まで行くには、かなり急な坂です。障害者なら見学を希望している物件まで行くのは無理だと思う」
とのこと。身体の障害ではないので大丈夫、と伝えると、それ以降、連絡が途切れました。
こちらの方から何度か連絡したが返事も電話もないまま。
偏見などないとのことですが、精神障害者保健福祉手帳を持っている側からすれば、やはり偏見があるんだうな、と思ってしまう。

“It's a steep slope to get to the property. I think it's impossible for people with disabilities to go to the property they want to visit.”
That's it. I was told that it was okay because it was not a physical disability.
I contacted you several times, but there was no answer or phone call.
There is no prejudice, but I think that there is still prejudice from the side with the mental health handbook.
