Anyway, the fruitiness is amazing! Be prepared to wait in line on a sunny weekend.
m	me me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8月の初めにいきました！13時頃いって1時間30分以上並びましたが外に椅子を用意してあったので暑かったですが疲れませんでした！氷は悩んで桃みるくにしました美味しくてあっという間に無くなっちゃいました！色んな味があって他のも食べてみたいです！ I went to the beginning of August! I lined up for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes around 13:00, but it was hot because I had chairs outside, but I didn't get tired! I was worried about the ice and made it peach milk. t	tmk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数回利用しました。初めて伺った時は、素氷を感じない量のシロップ、お店の方の雰囲気が良く素敵なお店だなと思った事を覚えてます。その後は最悪です。水も出されず、後から来た人たちの方が先にオーダーをとられ、かき氷を提供。こちらから“すみません”と声上げたら、対応しに来たスタッフさんがボソッと“あ、忘れてた…”と一言。“お待たせしました”“すみません”の一言も何もありませんでした。別の日も、外待ち数組で私は2番目。続けて3組店内に案内され、前後の人たちは複数人の為テーブルに、私は一人だった為カウンターに案内。もちろんカウンターに案内された事に何の不満はありませんが、テーブル席に案内された人達には早々に水も出されオーダーを取っていたのに、カウンターの私はいつまでも放置。前回こちらから声を掛けて嫌な思いをしたので、今回は黙ってました。途中でご主人が気づいてくれた為スタッフさんが水とメニューを持ってきました。案の定“お待たせしました”“すみません”なんて何も言われません。混んでいるのだから提供までに時間が掛かる事はわかります。ですが、それ以前の問題だと思います。何回もこんな扱いを受けたら二度とお店に行こうと思えません。初訪問の時の印象が良かっただけに残念です。 I used it several times. Of course, I'm not dissatisfied with being guided to the counter, but the people who were guided to the table seats were given water early and took orders, but I was left at the counter forever. Last time I called out from here and felt unpleasant, so I kept silent this time. The staff brought water and a menu because my husband noticed it on the way. Sure enough, I can't say anything like "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting" or "I'm sorry". I understand that it will take some time to serve because it is crowded. But I think it was a problem before that. If I receive this kind of treatment many times, I will never go to the store again. It's a shame because I had a good impression when I visited for the first time.
