★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの雰囲気と店の雰囲気が良い。ハーブが大好きなのでハーブ好きにはたまらない。今の自分自身の体調や気分に合わせたハーブティーが選べるのが良い。デザートを頼めばハーブティーが自分好みにセルフでブレンドして飲めるのが私は嬉しい。
 The atmosphere of the clerk and the atmosphere of the store are good. I love herbs, so I love herbs. It is good to be able to choose herbal tea that suits your current physical condition and mood. I'm glad that if you order a dessert, you can blend herbal tea to your liking and drink it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交野のご当地クラフトコーラ(カタノホシノコーラ 630円)を扱われています。注文後から作り始めるので、出来立てをいただけます。今まで飲んできた既製品のコーラとは一味違うので是非他の方々にも試していただきたいです。
来店時はお店が貸し切りでcloseの看板が出ていましたが、店頭でウロウロしていると、親切な店員さんが、『テイクアウトなら対応できます!』と声を掛けて下さり、無事ホシノコーラを購入出来ました。埼玉在住で交野に行く機会は少なかったので、とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。
Local craft cola in Katano (Katanohoshino cola 630 yen) is available. We will start making it after ordering, so you can have it fresh. It's a bit different from the ready-made cola I've been drinking so far, so I would like other people to try it.
When I came to the store, the store was reserved and there was a close sign, but when I was wandering around at the store, a kind clerk said, "If you take out, I can handle it!" I was able to purchase it. Since I live in Saitama and have few opportunities to go to Katano, it was very helpful. Thank you very much.

見た目はもちろん味までおしゃれで、色々な食材の味、中々食べることのない食べ合わせが楽しめました！
パフェはスッキリとした甘さで、こちらもとっても美味しかったです。
シロップやゼリー、蕎麦粉を使ったグラノーラも自家製だそうです。
ハーブティーは香りが良く癒されますが、1杯では少し物足りないかもしれません。
店内は広々としたおしゃれな空間です。
店員さんは、丁寧で感じの良い方でした。
駐車場はお店の前に3台、道路を挟んで向かい側にはコインパーキングもあります。

The parfait had a refreshing sweetness and was very delicious.
Granola made with syrup, jelly and buckwheat flour is also homemade.
Herbal teas are fragrant and soothing, but one cup may not be enough.
The inside of the store is a spacious and fashionable space.
The clerk was polite and pleasant.
There are 3 parking lots in front of the shop, and there is coin parking on the opposite side of the road.

少しお値段が高いですが、また利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星のブランコに行ったついでにどこかいいお店ないかなーと探してて見つけたお店です。
ガレットを食べられるお店が少ないのに、こんなに本格的なお店が交野にあるなんてというのが一番の印象です。
ハーブティーのイメージ通りのお店の雰囲気もとても気持ちよかったです。
食事としてのガレットなので、正直デザート的に食べたかった私たちには多かったので、量の少なめのガレットがもっとあったらもっと嬉しいです。(一応スイーツのガレットはあったのですが、あまりひかれなかった)
While I went to Hoshi no Buranko, I was looking for a good shop and found it.
The biggest impression is that there are so many authentic shops in Katano even though there are few shops where you can eat galettes.
The atmosphere of the shop as the image of herbal tea was also very pleasant.
Since it is a galette as a meal, we honestly wanted to eat it as a dessert, so we would be more happy if we had more galettes with a smaller amount. (I had a sweets galette, but I wasn't drawn too much)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 季節ごとに限定のハーブティーとガレットメニューもあります そば粉を使ったガレットは蕎麦の香りがほんのりただよい 具材の有機野菜と良くマッチしています 一見すると少しのように見えても かなりの食べごたえがあり お腹いっぱいになりました 食後に手を消毒してミントの追いハーブして湯を注ぎ ハーブティーを頂きましたが すっきり感がすごく満足してお店を出ました おすすめのお店です
There is also a seasonal herb tea and garret menu. The garret made with buckwheat flour matches well with the organic vegetables that have a slightly nice soba scent. After eating, I disinfected my hands, chased herbs with mint, poured hot water, and had herb tea, but I was very satisfied with the refreshing feeling and left the shop. It is a recommended shop.
