揚げピザは生地がもちもちで美味しかったけどトマト系はソースがトマト缶そのままみたいな、味が薄くて水っぽくて、想像とは違いました。生地は好きだったのでただの砂糖がけとかあれば美味しそうだと思いました。
The fried pizza had a chewy dough and was delicious, but the tomato sauce was just like a canned tomato, and the taste was light and watery, which was different from my imagination. I liked the dough, so I thought it would be delicious if it was just sugared.

唯一無二のフリッツァ(揚げたピザ)に、すっかりハマってしまいました。 シェフは長年フランスで修行していた経験があり、腕は確かです。 どれを食べても美味しいですが、650円のワンランク上のものをぜひ試してみてほしいです。 青のりを混ぜたゼッポレというものも、シンプルに生地の美味しさを楽しめてオススメです。 テイクアウトの場合は、揚げるのに時間がかかるので、事前に電話で予約した方が良いかと思います。 フリッツァですと大体2つくらいでお腹いっぱいになります。 店の横に一台車を停められるスペースがあります。 自転車は店の目の前に停められます。

恩田川のさくらまつりに行った時、近くで何か軽く食べられるものはないか検索して伺いました。 マルゲリータ、生チョコトリュフ、チーズドッグ?を購入。 初めてのフリッツァとても美味しかったです! 他の方も書かれていましたが揚げているけど油っぽさはなくパクパク食べられます。生地がもちもち塩気もあって美味しいし、中のトロトロチーズが最高です!中学生の娘がマルゲリータを気に入っていました。注文してから調理されるので待ちますが電話予約できるようですし、作り置きの物を売られるより嬉しいです。 また行こうと思います!

成瀬街道沿いのお店で、信号待ちの時いつも気になっていて、ついにランチで訪問。 カウンター4席、2人用テーブル1席、モチモチのピザ生地に具材を包み込んで揚げるフリッツァがメインのお店。イートイン出来たのでマルゲリータとドリンクを注文。揚げているのに油っぽさが少なく、また味も濃くなく素材を生かしていて絶妙。お値段もフリッツァ400円から、おつまみ300円だったかな?からあるので良心的で、フリッツァはテイクアウトも出来ます。アルコールもあるのでちょい飲みも。 マスターは海外でフレンチを長年学び、さらに講師もされた方ですが気さくで楽しい方。自転車のロードレースもされるそうなので、自転車好きな方はぜひ。 たまにお店がお休みの時があるので、電話で確認してから来店が無難です。

恩田川の満開の桜を見に。ランチで行きました。ちょっと寒いが、ペットと一緒だったので外のテーブルでフリッツァでランチ。マルガリータ、トリフ 三種のフロマージュ、アップルを2人で、丁度良い。揚げたてで、トリフの香りも凄く良く、食べやすいように切って出してくれたのも良かった。また寄りたい。

A very nice guy runs this shop and he understands and speaks French fluently. So it is alway nice for a French guy like me to talk with him. I somestimes went to his former shop, in Sangenjaya, with some friends. His "Zepole", Margherita, nama choco were soooo good! And today, I wanted to eat again his delicious "Zepole". So I took my bicycle and went from Sancha to Machida (26 km, just to go there, but 70 km in total): Nothing has changed: He is still the very dynamic and funny guy I knew in Sancha, and everything is still delicious! So if you are a cyclist, going from the center of Tokyo to the Yabitsu pass, Miyagase lake, Tsukui lake, I think it is a good idea to make a stop there to get some power, before or after, the main difficulties of your ride. And for people who know it: you can drink Ricard! Allez-y ! Ça vaut le coup ! :)))

It's the kind of place that despite only serving a few varieties of one good you can visit often. Their lunch set is cheap and filling, too. It's a great spot to taste Japanese take on Italian flavor with fresh ingredients packed into crispy dough. The zeppore are the best!
