あ	あた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新宿2丁目近くの地下にあるレストラン。 20年ぶりくらいに再訪しました。全部めちゃくちゃ美味しかった。特にパンみたいなパイ包みは本当にうまい。料理のタイミングもばっちり。熟練のシェフはタイマー使わずにガンガンパイ包み焼いてるから半端ないわ。接客兼前菜デザートドリンク担当の女性も半端ない。ほとんど会話ないのにシェフとの息ピッタリ。まるで家族みたい。さすがに何十年も続けてるだけあるわな。技術も衰えるどころか上がってる。ごちそう様でした。お身体ご自愛ください。 A restaurant in the basement near Shinjuku 2-chome. I visited again for the first time in 20 years. Everything was insanely delicious. Especially the pie wrap like bread is really good. The timing of cooking is perfect. Skilled chefs wrap and bake pie without using a timer, so it's odd. The women who are in charge of customer service and appetizer dessert drinks are also odd. It's perfect for breathing with the chef even though there is almost no conversation. It's like a family. I'm sure it's been going on for decades. Technology is rising rather than declining. thank you for the food. Please love yourself.

Whenever I visit Shinjuku, I always check if this shop is open and I will use it if I can make it in time for LO. I think it's a very nice restaurant with the taste of food, the price and the atmosphere like a hideaway. I took some friends and acquaintances with me, and they were very pleased. Chef is so studious always serve us new tastes with very reasonable price. I heard some of Michelin guide doesn’t like there but everyone who spent in France, all loves the restaurant. Better to reserve with call, most of days seats are occupied.
