★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 映画の前にブランチ。オムライスがめちゃくちゃ美味かった。空腹なのもあったけど、今までで1番かもしれない。スマホから注文するセルフオーダーだったけど、ちょっとわかりづらい仕様だったかな。まあ使っていくうちに改良されるんだと思う。
 Branch before the movie. The omelet rice was insanely delicious. I was hungry, but it may be the best I've ever had. It was a self-order from a smartphone, but it was a bit confusing. Well, I think it will be improved as I use it.

すぐに4人席の方が会計していたので入れそうでした。
ただ入る前に店内のお客さんの半分以上が料理待ちだったので、1時間半ほどしか時間がないのですが、注文後、1時間くらいで提供されますか？と聞いたところ、提供に1時間半以上かかりますと言われました。
パンケーキというのは焼くのに時間がかかることは承知してましたが、それでも1時間半以上待つのは無理だったので諦めました。

3ヶ月ほど前にも行きましたが、そのときも1時間半ほど掛かって提供され、私の分だけ注文の品が間違えて（私はパンケーキを頼んだのに、なんか色々と乗ったパンケーキが提供されました。私はシンプルなのが少なので・・・）、作り直しを依頼。その間に子供達はパンケーキを食べ終わり、その後40分ほど待ちましたが、持ってこないので聞いたところ、順番に作ってますのでお待ちください。でした。
なので、作るのをキャンセルして会計に進んだところ、子供たちのパンケーキと最初に持ってきたパンケーキ代を請求されました。理由を聞いたところ、私は追加注文扱いだったようです。（最初に色々と乗ったパンケーキを食べて、追加でシンプルなパンケーキを食べることになってました）
状況を説明したが、追加注文で受けているとの一点張り。
子供達が刻々と説明したら「納得した」のか、子供たちのパンケーキのみの代金にしてくれたが、謝罪の言葉もなし。ららぽーとという場所柄なのか、殿様商売なのか、Butterららぽーと店はもう無理だなって思いました。

In the meantime, the kids finished eating the pancakes and waited for about 40 minutes after that, but I didn't bring them, so when I asked them, they made them in order, so please wait. was.
So, when I canceled the making and proceeded to the checkout, I was charged for the children's pancakes and the pancakes I brought first. When asked why, it seems that I was treated as an additional order. (I was supposed to eat various pancakes first, and then eat additional simple pancakes)
I explained the situation, but I was told that I was receiving an additional order.
When the children explained it every moment, they seemed to be "convinced", and they paid only for the children's pancakes, but there was no word of apology. I thought that the Butter LaLaport store was no longer possible, whether it was a LaLaport location or a lord's business.

ボリュームがあって、複数人で一品を分ける位が丁度良いかも。
注文の方法がスマホからのみなので少し手間取るかも？
比較的席に空きが有る事が多い気がする…ので、ひと休みしたい時に良くお世話になってます。

同行した家族が食べていたパンケーキも粉っぽくて残念でした。もうこの店の系列は行きません。

パスタとハンバーグを注文し、コラボだから割高なのは理解出来ますが、それにしてもハンバーグが美味しくない…ポムポムプリンのご飯は何味なのかよくわからなくて本当にまずい…ハンバーグ自体も美味しくない…パスタは普通のカフェのパスタで美味しかったです。
ドリンクバー付きで一人2千円いかないくらいでした。
うーん。リピートしたいとは思わないです。ご馳走様でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可愛いお店で娘が行きたいとの事で立ち寄りました。
注文時、セルフで携帯で済ませるとの事で行いましたが注文準備中という文字が出てきました。
店員さんを呼び、状況を伝えると「ハァ？...」と。私の伝え方が悪いのか、だから何？という顔で終始場は凍りつきそのあと娘が注文状況を、、と説明、確認します。でそれっきりでした。
他に入り口で待っているご家族をフル無視。5分後くらいにその家族の所に受付するもお待たせしましたの一言もなし。
学生さんの様に見えましたがもしあの方が社員や社会人の方なのであれば一から対応を見直したほうが良いと思います。
店員さんの対応は☆0です。
思ったより美味しくもなく普通の割にお値段はやや高めでした。
