★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inclining angle of each seat row toward the stage isn't properly elevated which means the person in front of you blocks your view to the stage. And the cushion of the seat isn't firm enough. Poorly equipped hall.

While I enjoyed my dinner, there was a perfect view of Tokyo Dome and Tokyo. It is very romantic and just in front, there is an observation deck with view to the SkyTree. From the restaurant, you have view of the Dome and Tokyo Tower, also can find landmarks in the skyline like Shinjuku’s skyscrapers. The staff is very friendly and professional, the food is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing views of the city for free! Would recommend going on a sunny day. It's already perfect given that it's free, but if I were to add a suggestion, I would add a few more chairs as there only seemed to be 2 sets of chairs for the entire floor. Then again, too many people might start to stay longer if it got too comfortable!
