You can enjoy the view over their stone sculptures interior garden in a very relaxed environment. You can order food from their cafe or bring your own stuff. They also organise event, of course ikebana classes and their ikebana shop is really well furnished.

K	Kana Ito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 草月会館（Sougetsu Kaikan) , the building of Sougetsu foundation Headquarters, designed by Kengo tange, it was completed in 1977. The beautiful Japanese indoor rock garden titled “天国（Heaven)” made by Isamu Noguchi 1978. They have nice exhibitions of Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement ) , crafts...etc. Free entrance, great cafes and restaurant in the building.
