接客していただいた方は非常に丁寧な方でしたが同じ空間にいたスタッフはお客様と仲がいいのかずっとタメ口で話されていて聞いているこちらが非常に不愉快な思いをしました。
結婚式を扱っているならある程度節度ある接客が必要だと私は感じます。
非常に残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの責任者である◯倉さんに対応していただきましたが、最低最悪でした。
メールや折り返しの電話が最高に遅い為、挙式当日まで不安で仕方ありませんでした。
さらにメールで変更をお願いした事が全く変更されてなく、メールが多くて見落としてましたとヘラヘラしながら言われたときはさすがに腹が立ちました。
見積もりでも数十分前に電話してキャンセルしたプランがキャンセルされてなく、請求されたので◯倉さんに任せてるととんでもない事になりますので、自分でもしっかりと確認した方がいいです。
さすがに電話で怒鳴りましたが、ここの責任者がこの◯倉さんであることに驚きました。
責任者がこのレベルって本当にやばいと思います。
どうしてもハワイのチャペルで挙式をしたいという強い意志がなければ、ここでお願いするのは絶対に辞めた方がいいです。

The person in charge is really bad at this level.
If you do not have a strong intention to have a wedding at the Hawaiian chapel, you should definitely quit.
