During the whole booking process they were fast, efficient and very friendly. They explained everything we needed to know, gave us an ETC card which made the highway fees a lot cheaper, set everything to English and escorted us to the main street.
Returning the car, a brand-new Suzuki, was equally pleasant, the people working there really go out of their way to make you welcome!
