A	Aa Nn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が最悪でした。ことある事に私の二の腕をつまんで「これがセルライトです。痛いですよね」と痛みを与えられました。私も痛いですねと反応してもつまんで来たので客のストレスをここで発散しているのかと思いました。また私は不規則な勤務をしています。なのでBTBさんが望む基礎すら出来ていません。それを一方的に否定されて人として尊厳を貶されている気分になりました。 1番接客として驚いたのが最後です。私はやるなら全身。そして一括派です。ただしっかりとした機械と技術なのでお安いものではありません。お金を貯めて再度契約します。と何度も言っているのに何故今からやらないのかアルバイトで5万の子も契約していると散々の言われようでした。最終的には「分かりました！今貴方は痩せる気持ちがないのですね！」と言われた時が1番腹が立ちました。本当に痩せるためにお金を貯め来店しようと思っていたのに…もうBTBさんには行く気が無くなったのでその分のお金は違うエステに使います。技術はしっかりあった分接客が酷かったのが印象的てす。 BTBさんはもしかしたらお客のしりを叩いてやる気を出すやり方なのかもしれません。そうゆうやり方が性格上あっている方はいいと思います。ただ特にHPにも「しりを叩きます！」というような記載はなかったので私としては尊厳を一方的に傷つけられた印象しか残りませんでした。 The customer service was the worst. M	M G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏頃から通い始め先日終了しましたが、よかったと思います。痩せるかどうかは正直個人の努力も必要だとは思いますが、こちらに通ったお陰でむくみはスッキリしましたし、マシンの出力をあげても平気になっていくことでも効果を実感できました。また毎回の測定（体重・体脂肪・筋肉量・内臓脂肪・身体年齢）と3~4回に一度の写真撮影があるので、各数値の推移や撮影写真を元に身体の変化を確認することができます。コロナ対策としては消毒・検温はもちろん、店内用に新しいマスクを毎回頂けたので安心して通うことができました。コースが終了する際は、別のコースの勧誘などあるのかなと思ったのですが、特にそういったものもなくあっさり終了したので逆に面食らったくらいです。基本的に通い続けるものではなく効果を出して卒業してもらう（終了後は戻ってこないように維持する）というスタンスのようです。もう一度お世話にならないのが一番ですが、もしまた痩身の類のエステにお世話になる時がきたら、BTBさんにお願いしようと思います。 I started going to school around summer and finished the other day, but I'm glad.
