お	おこめのきもち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中途解約をし、施術した分の残りの料金を毎月引き落としで払っていました。今月で終わるなと思っていたら電話があり、クレジット会社との手数料であと1万払ってくださいと言われました。中途解約をした時には、消化分の〇〇万円を毎月引き落としで、〇月には支払いが終わるとの事だったので、もう終わるという時に手数料を支払えと言われ、あまり納得出来ませんでした。とは言え、クレジット会社の手数料なら仕方ないのかなと思い、すぐに振り込みました。振り込み確認できたら電話をお願いしていたのに、いつまで待っても電話がこないので、こちらから確認できたか電話しました。手数料を払えという電話では、支払う金額を何度も間違えていました。さっきはいくらと言いましたよね？と聞くと、いいえ言っていません。と言われ、自分がさっきと違う金額を言っている事に気付いていませんでした。本当にその金額であっているかとても不安になったので、明細書を送って欲しいとお願いしました。こちらから言わなければ明細書も送って貰えなかったのでしょうか。私の名前の漢字も間違って書類は送ってくるし、確認の電話をしなかった件についても、すみませんの一言で、全く申し訳なさが伝わって来なかったです。もう二度と大宮店には行きません。とても不快な思いを沢山しました。特にお金の事は、後から手数料も支払えなどは辞めた方がいいと思います。色々と最悪でした。 I canceled my contract early and paid the remaining fee for the treatment every month. c	chiharu (xxxx) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで体験予約を申込みしてすぐにオペレーターの方から電話が来ましたが、こちらが希望した日は「予約開始してないので予約開始したらまたお電話します」とのこと。ですが一向に電話が来ないのでこちらから再度問い合わせたところ、「もうその日は予約すべて埋まってます。他の日ではダメですか？」と謝罪もなしで言われました。こちらはわざわざその日を空けて楽しみにしていたのに非常に残念です。もうその対応で行く気がなくなったので、「もう信用できないしいいです。」とお断りしたら「予約は会員様からお取りします。なのでお客様が希望した日は会員様ですべて埋まりました。他の日で検討して頂けますか？」と。前回の電話のときはそんなこと言っていませんでした。こちらが希望した日が予約できない可能性があるなら、一回目の電話のときに伝えるべきではありませんか？新規顧客ゲットする気ないんですか？そちらの連絡し忘れなのに適当に嘘をついて、あたかもこちらが間違ってるみたいな言い方本当に頭に来ました。たまたま私が当たった人が適当な人だったのでなんとも言えませんが、行く前に適当な対応をするお店だと気付けてよかったです。 A phone came from the operator as soon as applying for the trial reservation on the net, but the day we requested, "Since we did not start the reservation, we will call you again when we start reservation." オ	オエニ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で予約して来店したところ、予約が入っていないと言われ、施術を受けることができませんでした。電話では、予約の変更はできないこと、キャンセル料が30000円程度かかることを注意するように言われました。こちらには30000円のキャンセル料を請求するのに、店側の都合でキャンセルになった場合にはなにもないのに納得できませんでした。 When I made a reservation over the phone and came to the store, I was told that there was no reservation and I could not receive the treatment.
