★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千歳の細い路地にある隠れ家的居酒屋。カウンターには色とりどりの野菜やおばんざい風の料理が並び食欲をそそる。本日のメニューは魚、肉、野菜のメニューが充実。
黒毛和牛のたたき。表面が炙られて旨味と肉汁が凝縮。おろしニンニクをお肉でくるめばなお旨い。
新にんにく揚げ焼きは塩か味噌で。皮を剥いて塩つけて食べたら最高においしい。ホクホクで甘味が際立つ。
日本酒メニューから鯉川「別嬪Beppin」。旨い。
本日のかき揚げは季節野菜がサックリ揚がってた。
特製キーマカレーは山椒たっぷりで半熟玉子の黄身をトロッとくずせば超おいしい。たっぷりのジャガイモもホクホクして旨い。素材感が感じられた。
めんたいクリームうどんは濃厚な明太クリームソースたっぷりでうどんとよく絡む。
料理はもちろんよかったけど、うつわもこだわった感じでよかった。やっぱり器がいいと食事が豊かな気持ちになる。うつわの販売もしてたんで帰りがけにいくつか購入。

A hideaway izakaya in a narrow alley in Chitose. The counter is lined with colorful vegetables and obanzai-style dishes that will appeal to you. Today's menu is full of fish, meat and vegetables.
Tataki of Japanese black beef. The surface is roasted and the umami and gravy are condensed. Wrap the grated garlic in meat and it will be delicious.
Fried new garlic with salt or miso. It's delicious if you peel it off, salt it and eat it. The sweetness stands out with a fluffy texture.
Koikawa "Beppin" from the sake menu. delicious.
Today's kakiage was crispy with seasonal vegetables.
The special keema curry is full of Japanese pepper and is super delicious if you smash the yolk of the soft-boiled egg. Plenty of potatoes are also delicious. I felt the texture.
Mentai cream udon is rich in menta cream sauce and entwines well with udon.
The food was good, of course, but I was happy that I was particular about the food. After all, if the vessel is good, the meal will be rich. I also sold containers, so I bought some on my way home.
