事務所目の前の駐車場に車を停めて事務所内に入って行っても誰も来ません。
自分から作業場の方に呼びに行かないと、誰も相手にしてくれません。
また、修理の依頼は受けてくれますが説明が足りません。
修理は丁寧な対応を出来るだけに、大変勿体無い接客だと思いました。
もし、これを従業員の方が読むことがあれば土日にも事務所内に人を置くことを熱望します。
