お刺身など、醤油がよく絡むように細工包丁されたり、各種料理やお皿など細やかな気遣いを感じられて、とても気に入ってます。
種類は限られてますが、日本酒などは都度、各地の地酒を入れられてて、少し時間を空けて伺うと前回とは違ったお酒が入ってたりして、それが楽しみです。また、お会計の時には各お客様向けに丁寧に提示されてて、お客様に対する店主の粋を感じました。個人的にですが飲食店の少ない千曲市の中ではオススメ度⭐︎5で♪
