女性定員2名の接客態度が酷いです。試着用の服を社員同士で雑に手渡ししてから客に渡したり、試着中にいかがでしたかと聞かれ、悩んでいると答えれば、別のお客様も待たせいるのでと言われました。早くでてほしいならいかがでしたかと言わずに、最初から試着に自制があると伝えるべきです。会計時、店員のレジ打ちによる機械の衝撃から、レジ近くのアルコール消毒のボトルが客側に落下し、ノズル部分が破損しました。客側がぶつけたわけではないのに関わらず、レジ側から死角であったのに対して、客側の落ち度と考えたのか、客の目の前で他の職員に対して、周りに聞こえる声量で”壊れましたぁ””どうしましょう”と平然と言ってのけたのには驚きました。本来であれば例えスタッフに非が無かったとしても”申し訳ございません。お怪我はなかったでしょうか”と最初に確認するべきです。客側が落としてないにも関わらず、むしろ謝罪を求める雰囲気なのが不思議でした。これらの被害意識からか商品購入後の”ありがとうございました”の言葉もありませんでした。商品が素敵だったので比較的長居して商品を見ていましたが、接客態度が良くないのでかなり不愉快な気持ちになります。また、正月休みで他県から友人が遊びに来てくれたこともあり、非常に残念な気持ちでした。長居せず淡々と買い物する方にはオススメです。
