*	なぎさ on Google* ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人へ会う前にプレゼント購入で伺いました。商品は良いのですが、今回会計を対応してくださった店員の方の接客が非常に残念でした。会計時に「有料5円の袋を2枚ください」とお願いしましたが、それよりも小さい無料袋を2枚渡されました。しかもプレゼント商品を袋に入れてくださらない。仕方なくレジから離れて、商品棚の隅っこで自ら袋詰めを試みましたが、袋が小さすぎて商品が入りません。こちらがお願いした袋だったら入ったのに…とイライラ。すでにレジ待ちでだいぶ時間を取られているというのに、再度レジへ並び直し。同じ店員の方に回ったため、再度有料袋2枚を依頼するも、10円の会計をして袋を渡されず。レジ横から「会計したのに袋貰っていないのですが」と声がけし、ようやく希望の袋を手に入れました。時間に余裕をもって行きましたが、かなりのレジ待ち＋店員の方のおかしな接客のせいで、友人との約束時間には遅れてしまいました。商品を袋詰めしないとは、そちらはスーパーですか？？しっかりとした謝罪もなく、残念です。どんな応対教育をされているのでしょうか。今まで利用していましたが、富沢店へは今後伺いたくないですね。 Before I met my friend, I asked him to buy a gift.
