浪	浪江奈美恵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 量自体は満足でしたが、終わった後にカットをしてもらったものの毛先がバラバラだったので次の日違う美容院で毛先を揃えてもらいました。よくみると毛の中になにかキラキラしたものが見えたので確認してみると銀色か紫色の、明らかに髪の毛ではない糸も混じっていました。仕切り糸か何かですかね？まあ目立たないのでそれはあまり気にしないようにしていましたが雑だなあという印象…。 3日も経つと襟足らへんの編み込みたちがずるずると垂れ下がってくるようになり、1週間もだった頃には全体的に3㎝ほど垂れ下がり編み込みがボコボコと目立つようになりました。さらに1週間たつと酷いところでは5㎝くらい下がっていたので、耐えられず自分で全て外してしまいました。ちなみにエクステ用のクシを勧められたので購入すると、本来勧められたものと違う商品が入っていました。それはただミスだと思うので構わないのですが、お店にいる時からすこし違和感があったので交換では無く返金をお願いしたいと申したところそれは伝票の処理とかちょっとめんどくさいので…と言われてしまいました。そちらのミスなのにめんどくさいって…と思いながら数日後に再来店して交換してもらいましたが、その時の態度もあーはい！すみませんでした！と投げやりな感じで正直カチンときました。 I was satisfied with the amount of hair, but I had the hair cut after it was finished, but the hair tips were disjointed, so the next day I had them aligned at a different hairdressing shop. s	sawa Myu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このコロナ禍ノーマスクの接客には驚きました。付けて3日で1本取れてしまいつけ直しをしてもらいました。そして1週間目にさらに1本。そして2週間目に2本。。。遠いしすぐ行かれない距離なので諦めました。正直、長さは出ましたがこれじゃすぐ取れそうだなぁという感じでした。編み込み部分は三つ編み。太い。ユルユル。根元からかなり離れてる。だからか梳かすとすごく抜けてくるし。すごく昔に編み込みエクステは四つ編みで2人がかりで紐のように綺麗な付け方だったので取れることも無く抜けすぎることも無く。そのイメージだったのでかなり残念です。それなりのお金と時間を使うので、本当に残念です。。違う所で付け直しをしてもらおうかと考え中です?
