じ	じゅぴ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗内で食事はした事がないのですが、ウーバーイーツで利用しました。 2つした注文の品が1つしか入っておらず、店舗の方に確認の電話をしたところ「お客様は一つしか注文されていませんよ」というような返答でした。自分が間違っていたのかな、と電話を切った後にアプリ内の履歴を確認したところ間違いなく2つ注文していました…。もう一度店舗に電話してその旨伝えるとようやく注文内容を確認してからの謝罪がありましたが、店側では返金ももう一度足りない分の配達も出来ないのでウーバーイーツとやり取りしてほしいとの事。ミスは誰にでもあるので仕方ないとは思いますが、一度目の電話で「店側のミスではなく、お客様が勘違いしているのでは？」というようなやりとりだったのが残念です。一度電話を保留にしてでも、まずは確認して欲しかった…。結局1つの品を2人で分けて食べました。味は美味しかったです。追記ご返答ありがとうございます。返信の仕方がわからず、追記にて失礼致します。利用したのは2021年2月26日です。注文内容は、ローストポーク丼と肉バルのとりからです。電話対応してくれたのは女性スタッフでした。 I have never eaten in the store, but I used it at Uber Suites.
