総	総司天道 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レトロなお店ボローニアミートソースをたのみました。んーどんな味と言われるとなんとも難しいどこにでもある感じなんだけど、なんか独特の感じもあり、運ばれて来た時はミートソースの匂いでは無く一瞬独特の匂いがします。パスタがツルッとしてるのでソースに絡みつかないと言うかメンの味が最後まで味わえると言うか量も食べごたえあります。３時間前にまったく旨くない海鮮丼を食べてもペロリと食べられました。ミュシャが好きなのか絵も飾っています。ちなみに私は月光が好きなんですよねタバスコが5種類あるので味変も楽しめます。ここで今流行のクリームソーダでも出せれば行列出来るだろう内装に独特の味のパスタピザもあるのでまた行きたいお店です。 Retro shop Bologna I ate the meat sauce. 김	김대석SAMSARIDER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イタリア料理店では無くパスタとピザ特化のこちら。ウリはパスタの盛りがガッツリ男盛ですが、決して大味ではなくとにかくバランスと完成度が高い。今回２回目の訪問で注文したのは「青じそ」。これでもか！というくらいの青じそ、バジル、チーズ(かな？)が、シンプルながら最高に香高い。塩気もバッチリで、ハーブ系オイルパスタとしては文句無しです。初訪問時にいただいたあさり、イタリー風もかなり旨かった。次回はクリーム系を試したい。 This is not an Italian restaurant but specializes in pasta and pizza.
