岩	岩楯光雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日、望星薬局で調剤を待っていたら一人の女性が熟年者に注意しているのが見えました。私は傍観者で彼女見たいな正義感が全くありませんが、可哀想だったので投稿しました。その熟年者は車椅子でもなければ杖をついてもないのに薬剤師がワザワザ座席まで薬を渡しに行ってました。特別扱いかい！って思いました。皆早く帰りたいの待たされているのに、その熟年者は薬と関係のない世間話をしだして私も待たされイライラしてたのですが、その時その女性が「薬剤師さんお仕事に戻れないし皆さん待ってるんですよ」見たいな事を言ってたと思うんですが、熟年者は逆ギレで罵声を浴びせていました。あの時の彼女の気持ちは…と考えると不敏です。望星薬局さんは誰も見て見ぬふりでしたね。きっとあの女性は二度と立ち寄る事はないでしょう Yesterday, when I was waiting for the dispensing at the Wangxing Pharmacy, I saw a woman paying attention to the elderly. R	R A5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも長時間待たされる。私以外に2、3人しか患者が居なくても必ず30分近く、もしくはそれ以上かかる。薬局とはそのようなものかと思い惰性で通っていたが、今回は更に輪をかけて待たされた。私の薬は既にカウンター上に用意されているのに、何をモタモタしているのか薬剤師が2人何か相談している様子。10分以上待っても呼ばれない。今思えばこの時点でこちらから声を掛けるべだった。ようやく呼ばれたと思ったら、実習生に薬の説明をさせて欲しいという。実習生に罪はないし、後進の育成の大切さは分かるので承諾したが、その前に長々と待たされたのは、実習生に説明をしていたためではなかろうか？薬の説明など、誰がしようが所要時間は大差ない。そんな事に許可を求めるよりも、受付の時点で薬の準備に実習生を立ち合わせて良いか否か確認するべきだと思う。利用者の時間を何だと思っているのか。また、薬剤師の対応は概ね良いが、受付は無愛想で感じが悪い。接客業のようなサービスは求めないが、普通に感じの良い人に対応されたことがない。という訳で、今後は利用しない。 I always have to wait for a long time. What do you think the user's time is? Also, the pharmacist's response is generally good, but the reception is unfriendly and unpleasant. I don't ask for services like the hospitality business, but I've never been treated by people who feel good. That's why I won't use it anymore.
