L	Lyon Shii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディナー初来店。裏通りにある、マンション下の隠れ家フレンチ。外観も、店内もひっそりとした静かな雰囲気で好みです。 Bコース 6600円を予約してました。なみなみスパークリングロゼを注文し乾杯。乾杯するとすぐに前菜が運ばれてきました。 1品名はパテドカンパーニュ。サラダ仕立てで食べやすく、上品な味わい。ディナーコースメニュー・前菜パテドカンパーニュ・前菜自家製ハム、カポナータ、リエット・ムール貝のバジルオイル・ポタージュ・ごぼうのボロネーゼ・クロダイ、テナガエビのグリル・氷菓子洋梨・洋梨のコンポート・鴨肉のロースト・ぶどうジュースボリュームたっぷり。どれもおいしかったです。ごぼうのボロネーゼはおもしろかったです。ごぼうの食感がなんだかあとをひく。作ってみたくなりました。ごちそうさまでした。 First visit to dinner.
