 The clerk's attention was high pressure and the worst. I stopped buying because I didn't want to buy at the store where such a clerk was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got our Bugaboo pram here. Staff very friendly and happy to demonstrate how to use the pram. Order came through quickly (~2-3 weeks) and they were happy to store it for us until we next went to Osaka. They also assembled it for us which we were truly thankful for. Lots of other foreign baby products in store including Aden and Anais, Stokke, ErgoBaby, Bjorn, etc. My Japanese mother-in-law was really impressed by a number of products.
