備屋珈琲店のコーヒーは伊豆高原の大室山の澄んだ空気の中から生まれたものを使用している。厳選した最良の生豆を伝統の備長炭を用いて少しずつ丹念に最高の技術により焙煎をしている。こだわりを忠実に守り、徹底した温度と分量で仕上がったコーヒーは苦味とコクを兼ね備えたとても深みのある味です。とても好みでまた行きます。お店の雰囲気も落ちついていて休日のお昼すぎでもそこまで混んでおらず穴場スポット見つけてしまいました。

A coffee shop located a 3-minute walk from Ebisu Station.
The coffee at Binya Coffee is made from the clear air of Mt. Omuro on the Izu Kogen. The best carefully selected raw beans are roasted little by little using traditional Bincho charcoal using the best technology. The coffee, which adheres to its commitment and is finished with a thorough temperature and quantity, has a very deep taste that combines bitterness and richness. I will go again if I like it very much. The atmosphere of the shop was calm, and even after noon on a holiday, it wasn't so crowded and I found a little-known spot.
It was a treat.
