A popular bakery on the second floor of Welb Rokkomichi 1st Avenue in front of JR Rokkomichi Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リュスティックと角食(5枚切り)を購入。どちらも非常にみずみずしく、もっちりとしており食べやすいです。日本人好みの食感と口溶けながら、皮の硬さはきちんと残っている所も好印象。特に食パンの耳はしっかりとしており、耳好きとしては満足です。
ただ私は5枚切りを選んだため、柔らかい生地の口溶けを堪能するには分厚かったです。そのまま食べるのならば6枚切りを購入する方が良いかと思います。
Purchased rustic and square meal (cut into 5 pieces). Both are very fresh, chewy and easy to eat. It has a nice texture and melts in the mouth, but the hardness of the skin remains properly. Especially, the ears of bread are firm, and I am satisfied as an ear lover.
However, I chose 5 slices, so it was thick to enjoy the soft dough melting in the mouth. If you want to eat it as it is, I think it is better to buy 6 slices.
