地下にあるお店。
スタッフさんの対応も良かった( ´∀｀)
お昼時はやはり混んでます?
駐車場は街中なのでどこかに止めて行くしかありません。

まぁ、ここに限らずだが、ワンプレート、大きめの平たいハンバーグ。
それが何故かウメーんだよなぁ。
人はそこまで上品ではないんだと、ひとつの皿でがっつけよ、って問いかけているのか？(気のせい)
普通に家族客やカップルも居ますよ。俺みたいな仕事のリーマンも居ますよ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日お昼頃に友達とお邪魔しました。料理を美味しくいただくことが出来たのはもちろんながら、マスク越しでも伝わる笑顔が素敵な同年代のお姉さん店員がいて惚れそうでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は案内がなかっただけなのかもしれませんが、専用Wi-Fiも用意してナプキンのところに宣伝するようになりました。
また、コロナなのに席を近づけたまま営業してたのを、ちゃんとスペースを開けながら運営するようになっていました。
店長が変わったのかな？それとも、withコロナでやっていく覚悟が出てきたと言うところなのでしょうか…？
今回は、非接触式の精算、あれもこれも使えないと精算時に突然言われて呆れました。普通の客なら支払い方法も踏まえた上で入るでしょうから、壊れているなら、入口に使えないものは大きく書き出すべきです…。精算方法が異なるなら他の店を選んだでしょうから…。
すぐに精算できないのはとても不快な体験でした。
ちなみに、びっくりドンキーが高いという意見がたまにありますが、専用牧場を抱えながら本気でやったらこれは安いです。他の店でハンバーグを食べたら分かると思いますが、そこら辺からいい肉を仕入れてでは、この値段ではとても。1.5倍取られても文句言えませんよ。

仙台駅から徒歩で行ける唯一の店舗です。地下一階にあります。
部屋は広く、座席は二人席が多いので、入れないことはなさそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ だいぶハンバーグの質も量も落ちてしまったという印象があります。焼き具合は変わりないのですが、お肉とご飯の量のアンバランスさがここ最近に来店したのではなく数年ぶりに来店で、あれ？こんなんだっけ？という印象です。
店内は地下なので薄暗い店内なのですが、テーブル席の足元はカオスなぐらいご飯粒やら割り箸やらが散らかった状態です。例えるなら小さな子供のいる家族連れが、落ちたご飯や飲み物をこぼしたにも関わらず、店員さんはテーブルの上だけを片付けていると言ったところです。
できれば時間をかけてでも気持ちよく食事ができるように清掃してから案内をお願いしまいところです。

店員同士固まって大声で話して会話が丸聞こえだったり、再注文しても中々料理が出てこなかったりします。
空いているのにも関わらず、いつも出入り口付近に座らされます。
本社にクレーム入れてもなんの改善もされませんので、こちらの店舗には2度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスロードにある「びっくりドンキー」。ビルの地下一階にあります。落ち着いた感じて居心地良いです。チーズバーグディッシュ（チーズトロトロ）おろしそTPを頂きます。おろしそをトッピングする事で和風な感じになるのが良いです。
