このお店は自宅からは10km程度とビミョーな距離なのですが、お目当ての商品の現物見たさに、最寄り系列店に電話をしたら、こちらのお店に在庫があるはず。と言われて、お邪魔しました。
説明は非常に丁寧ですし、移動に使用した自転車の空気を入れたくて申し出たら快くお貸し頂いた上、空気圧に関するアドバイスと併せて、サドル位置やフィッティングのアドバイス、測定と簡単な調整までしてくださいました。
自転車を買うのは、値段ではなく、お店のサービスだと痛感いたしました！
とりあえず、空気入れはスゴい気に入りましたので、後日、購入しに伺います(^^;)

どういう目的でつかうか？からコンポーネントはどれがいいとか、機種名を教えてくれました。凄く丁寧な対応でした。
スポーツバイクの店って何様な店員が多い中ここで買いたいとおもいました。

所沢店で買ったばかりのクロスバイクですが、後輪付近から異音がしたので実家の大宮に用事があったので、帰りに立ち寄って相談。店舗間の情報は連動していなかったようですが、親身に対応していただきました。ありがとうございます。治りました。で終了ではなく、しっかりと原因についてもご説明いただきました。とても良い接客をしていただけました。
