上	上草宗明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCX125の2017年式を購入。値段はとても安かったし店員さんの接客はとても良かったです。納車整備に1ヶ月掛かると言われましたがこっちも1ヶ月先くらいに納車したかったので利害の一致という事でスムーズに契約まで行きました。大体このくらいの日に納車希望と伝えていた日の1日前に納車整備が終わったと連絡。連絡遅いなぁと思いつつ改めて日程を伝える。なんとなくメモしてない雰囲気を感じたのが的中して次の日も電話掛かってきた。この往復が3往復ありました。引き継ぎくらいちゃんとして欲しい。納車当日、まさかの自分のバイクがめちゃくちゃ奥の方にしまってあって引っ張り出すのに苦労していた様子。いや、この日の何時に行くって言ったんだから準備しといてよ… 書類の説明は相変わらず丁寧にやってもらいました。その最中別のお客さんがタイヤ交換に来ていたが、交換するのがフロントのみだかリヤのみだかで引き継ぎが出来てないっぽい会話が。一番あり得なかったのが整備を何処までしたのか確認したいと言ったらまさかの記録を付けてない、後日郵送させてくれと…　本当にちゃんと整備したの？記録残してないはあり得ないでしょ… 多分店員が悪いというよりは会社的に色々と問題があるんじゃないかと思います。横の連携が取れてなさすぎる。今回は手軽な下駄バイクが欲しかっただけなのでまぁ良いかなって感じですが、メインのバイクはここで買いたくは無いですね。値段は安いのでそこだけですね。 Purchased the 2017 model of PCX125.
