★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【2021年11月訪問】にんにくMAXボロネーゼを注文。正直、全然おいしくなかった。肉とにんにくは結構な量入っているのに、なんでこんなに美味しくないんだろうと不思議なくらい。味がないと言うか、なんというか。
 [Visit November 2021] Ordered garlic MAX Bolognese. To be honest, it wasn't delicious at all. It contains a good amount of meat and garlic, but I wonder why it's not so delicious. I mean, it has no taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イオン品川シーサイド店のフードコートを眺めてまして、一軒だけ明らかにチェーン店ではないお店を見つけて、気になって試してみました。
フードコートなのでお店としては受け渡し口のみで、呼ばれたら取りに行く形。紙エプロンはなさそう。各種電子マネーが使用できました。
今回は看板メニューである熟成チーズのボロネーゼを注文。10分かからないくらいで呼ばれました。
太めのもちもち生パスタに和えられたソースは、巷でよく見るミートソースっぽいものではなく、酸味や塩味がかなり抑えられた肉肉しいもの。飽きの来ない旨味があって、ほっとする味です。この味だとガーリックトーストやサラダも一緒に行きたくなりますね (残念ながら無いようです)。なおチーズは鰹節のように細かく削ったものですが、この控えめ味のソースとの相性は評価が分かれる気がします。
Sサイズを頼みましたがおよそこぶし大の量で、一般的なパスタ屋と同じくらい。これで790円は安いと感じました。
最近のフードコートはいいもの出すんだなぁと、正直びっくりしました。おいしかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
Looking at the food court of the Aeon Shinagawa Seaside store, I found only one store that was clearly not a chain store, and I was curious and tried it.
Since it is a food court, the shop only has a delivery port, and when you are called, you go to pick it up. There seems to be no paper apron. Various electronic money could be used.
This time, I ordered the aged cheese Bolognese, which is a signboard menu. It was called in less than 10 minutes.
The sauce mixed with the thick, chewy fresh pasta is not the meat sauce that you often see in the streets, but the meaty one with considerably reduced sourness and saltiness. It has a umami that you won't get tired of, and it's a relaxing taste. With this taste, you'll want to go with garlic toast and salad (unfortunately it doesn't seem to be there). The cheese is finely ground like dried bonito, but I feel that the compatibility with this modest sauce is divided.
I asked for S size, but it's about the size of a fist, about the same as a typical pasta shop. I felt that 790 yen was cheap with this.
To be honest, I was surprised that the food courts these days are good. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

おすすめのMサイズにしましたが、満腹。後半はちょっとキツかったです。
普段大盛りを頼む女性でなければSサイズがいいかもしれません。
食べている間もひっきりなしにお客さんが注文していました。私は平麺も好きなのでレギュラーメニューで麺の種類が選べたら嬉しいなと思いました。
The fresh pasta was very delicious!
I chose the recommended M size, but I'm full. The second half was a little tough.
If you are not a woman who usually asks for a large serving, S size may be good.
Customers were constantly ordering while eating. I also like flat noodles, so I thought it would be great if I could choose the type of noodles from the regular menu.

Had the cheese topping Bolognese M size at 950 yen and S size at 790 yen.
The S size is quite small but M size was decent - the pasta is quite thick to chew (not Al dente but thick)
Meat was quite decent.
Over all was so so - not bad nor good.
