j	j ue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 凄く残念な思いをした。何でもないパンツの裾上げなどは普通です。これはどこも差がでないけど。ジャケットの袖丈詰めをお願いしようとして持っていくも、スタッフは「跡が残ります。」の一辺倒。どれくらい残りますか?写真か何かイメージ出来るものありますか?聞くもない。だったら、お直し上がってきて、跡の残り具合に納得しなかったら、どうするんですか?と聞くと黙る。泣き寝入りしろ!と言ってる。ビッグママはチェーン店なのかもだから、同じようなお直しをやっているのであるのだから、何か全く同じで無くてもいいのでイメージしやすいような画像見せて下さい。というと、本社に確認してくれたが、本社からは画像はない。似たような生地イメージしやすい写真見せるようなサービスやってない。と回答が。今の時代のサービスとは考えられない回答。始めてやるお直し方法ならいざ知らず、数は多くなくとも過去に実績あるものにたいしての回答と思えない。やり取りを通して信用出来ないから持って返ってきた。言葉だけではないイメージの共有は大事はず。いつもやっている人間の言葉と、何度もやってない人間の言葉にズレがあってもおかしくない。トラブル上等の企業精神にがっかりした。 I was very disappointed.
