先日電話しましたが、受付営業の対応が悪すぎ。
他の人の口コミにもありましたが、ひどいですので、少なくとも青葉店はおすすめしません。
お客と一番最初の会話の窓口である、電話で態度が偉そうなのはいかがなものか。そんなことも知らないの？的な小馬鹿にした口調。
名前も名乗らない。青葉店さんの底が知れました。行く気失せました。
見下した感じが迷惑電話の勧誘詐欺の人と話してるみたいで、逆に笑えました。
店長さん、みんなこんな詐欺電話みたいな社員ですか？
しっかり教育お願いしましょうね。
ちなみに、宮前店はそんな悪対応ではなく真面目な対応でした。
