大	大輔川原 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売買契約後、軽自動車税の支払い用紙がきたのでコンビニでしはらいました。その後店舗に行き、軽自動車税を精算してもらおうとしたら、支払ってしまうと処理ができないので精算はできませんと言われた。でも売買契約書に未納でもってこいという文書はない。契約時の口答でのみらしい。納得できないので対応を促したが、担当は退職している、わからないとのこと。店長と話をしたがこの店舗では処理したことがないのでわからない、他の店舗で処理したことがあるかもしれないので、わかり次第連絡しますとのこと。家に帰って待ってても仕方がないので、コンビニに支払いを取り消せるか問い合わせたところ、本日中なら取り消せるとのこと。すぐにコンビニに行き、手続をし、ビッグモーターへ提出しました。こういう対応方法を提示してほしかった。なにもしなかったら泣き寝入りだった。全体的に対応がよくないと感じた。 After the sales contract, I received a payment form for the light vehicle tax, so I went to a convenience store. k	kei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、車の査定で伺いました。基本的な対応があまり良くなかった。・敷地内に車停めても誰も出てこない・飲み物出されて1時間放置・スタッフから名刺をもらったが、なぜか店長と名乗る方と商談・査定金額の告知が雑・うちが一番高いと言う割に最初と同じ金額信頼した取引ができないと感じたので、他社に売却しました。他社だと振込は2.3日のところ1週間以上かかる様です。噂には聞いていましたが、足立店の店長や足立入谷の店舗も評判が良くないので、実際に行ってみて納得しました。おススメできません。 The other day, I asked for a car assessment.
