私たちのような外国人を助けないんだったら何のためにスタッフがいるんですか？今まで日本に住んできた中で1番最悪なスタッフにあいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の態度がものすごく感じ悪い。もちろん良い店員もいたが私を対応してくれたのはものすごく感じの悪い店員だった。この店は入り口から入って左側にビックカメラの販売員がいて、右側に修理専用の人がいます。左側にいるビックカメラの販売の店員は非常に対応がよかったです。右側にいる修理をする店員が感じ悪かったです。iPhoneの修理をお願いしたらすごく上から目線でめんどくさそうに対応してた。私の携帯の操作が上手く行かない時も鼻で笑い私を馬鹿にしているように感じました。すごく残念でした。他の県にある同じ店舗のクチコミを見てもどこも感じが悪いなどのクチコミばかりです。意図的に感じの悪い店員のみを雇用しているのかとも思ってしまいます。バイトなのか正社員なのかはわかりませんが最低限の接客マナーは身に付けて欲しいものです。
The clerk's attitude is terribly unpleasant. Of course there were good clerk, but the one who responded to me was a very unpleasant clerk. This shop has a BicCamera salesperson on the left side of the entrance and a person dedicated to repairs on the right side. The clerk of BicCamera sales on the left side was very responsive. The repair clerk on the right side was uncomfortable. When I asked for the repair of the iPhone, it seemed to be annoying from the top. Even when my cell phone didn't work, I laughed with my nose and felt like I was making a fool of myself. I was very disappointed. Even if you look at the reviews of the same stores in other prefectures, they are all unpleasant. I wonder if I'm intentionally hiring only unpleasant clerk. I don't know if it's a part-time job or a full-time employee, but I would like you to acquire the minimum customer service etiquette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アップル専門店ではあるけど、アップル公式ストアではないです。アップルストアと同じ値段で買えますが、納期はアップルストアよりも大幅に遅れるので、早く欲しい人は素直にアップルストアで買うのをおすすめします。
店員はピンキリ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタイリッシュな店内で非常に見やすい。その反面在庫が少なかったり、見るものを選ぶので事前に欲しいものを調べてから出かけたほうがいいと思う。
店員の皆さんは明るく、丁寧な対応をしてくださいます
Very easy to see in the stylish store. On the other hand, the stock is low and I choose what to see, so I think it's better to check what you want in advance before going out.
The clerk is cheerful and polite.
