★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RUDE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've experienced it not just once but several times. I thought it was just one person but a lot of them. Even the managers. I highly recommend you go to another store. Not worth the stress.

This big camera is I think eight stories of just electronics it's not very big each floor is kind of small but they have individual floors for individual electronics so you can pretty much find anything you're looking for. There's escalators going up but I think you take the stairs down. For the most part if you need any electronics it's definitely there it's either bic camera or yodabashi camera would be the two choices for buying electronics. I like this specific building because it looks like a lighter and it's easy to explain to people where to meet at.
