神	神保英樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初来店にてマフラーの塗装を依頼しました。打ち合わせで、サンドブラストをして艶消しブラックに塗装して欲しいと依頼しました。持ち込んで次の日出来上がったと連絡が有り、取りに行くと、まだ半乾き状態、しかも塗った色が艶消しブラックでは無く艶ありブラックで仕上げて有り尚且つ缶スプレーで塗ったので塗装タレてしまったと説明されました。これがプロの仕事？何の為の打合せ？客の依頼無視、それとも安い簡単な仕事だから軽くあしわられた？こんないい加減な店初めましてです。 I requested the painting of the muffler at the first visit. 鴻	鴻丸タカヒロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CD50Sのボディのサビなどがひどく、外見上のレストアを依頼しました。当初の話では一ヶ月で１０万円ほどで仕上がるとの事でしたが、一ヶ月二ヶ月三ヶ月経つ度に電話をしても、「メッキが上がってこない」などと言われ続ける事が続きました。約一年が経とうとしたところで、「もういいので現状で２週間後に取りに行きます。」と連絡したところ、取りに行く二日ほど前に仕上がったと連絡がありました。当日取りに行くと確かに仕上がっている状態ではありましたが、シートはそのままで各所のタッチアップはあまり綺麗には見えませんでした。メッキや塗装業者に依頼されたところは綺麗に仕上がっていました。そう入った形で１３万円という事でした。乗って帰りましたが、リアのブレーキはゆるゆるでアクセルも回りが悪く、帰ってきてからバラしてみるとハンドルの中に固まった接着剤が入り込んでいました。引き渡す前に試乗しないのでしょうか？店主は基本的に話が長い方です、とても長いです。今回一番不快に感じたのが期間の件です。恐らくこちらが連絡を入れた2週間で仕上げたように感じました。何度電話しても言い訳に聞こえるようなことばかり言われていたのは、高齢の方にある「物事の記憶が短期間しか把握出来ない病気」のように思いました。病院受診の必要があるかもしれません。 2度とレストアの依頼をしないように、これからはとても大事にしていこうと思えるとても良い経験をさせて頂きました。どうもありがとうございました。 The rust on the body of the CD50S was terrible, so I asked for an apparent restoration.
