★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退職金などまるで出ない。そもそもその話すらない。バイト辞める感じで退職した。印象として真っ黒に近いグレー
前回会社を破産させて、一旦負債を無かったことにして今に至るのかな?。その説明が電話で「倒産してチャラにしたから引き続きよろしくー」程度。
その後に会社の経営状況が良くないとのことで給料を下げられた。いつまでの期限も無く景気が良くなったらと訳の分からない説明。（電話連絡や社員招集での会議では無く、一方的な書面のみ）退職するまで下がったままだった。早めに別の会社へ転職出来てよかった。現場からは「お前の会社大丈夫か？」などとよく言われていました。毎回返答は、「はいブ＊＊クです」と答えていた。
実際あったこととして、自社の会社からの給料の半分が支払われ、別途謎の会社からのコンサルティング料として残りが支払われる。所得税が自社分は引き落としだったが、謎のコンサルティング会社は自分で支払う必要があった。
会社へどうゆう事か聞いたら市町村から支払いのはがきが来るので支払ってとのこと。
後日、市町村から所得税の督促状という形ではがきが来た。。支払い忘れたら財産差し押さえられるじゃねぇか！！びっくりだよ。まともではない。
まぁ、昔のはなし

When I asked the company what to do, a postcard for payment came from the municipality, so I told them to pay.
Later, a postcard came from the municipality in the form of a reminder for income tax. .. If you forget to pay, your property will be seized! !! I'm surprised. Not decent.
