「受付のみうけたまっております」とおっしゃったので、「～の内容で起訴できるか検討したいんですけど、受付というのはどこまでやっていただけるのでしょうか？」と聞いたところ「いえ、ですから私は受け付けのみです」と日本語が通じません。こういったやりとりを数分続いたのちに、受付とは何をやってくださるのですか？と聞いても、「いや、ですから受付だけですので。」と。じゃあ、受付してください。と申し上げたら、名前と電話番号を聞かれ答えました。そのあと、なんてワードで検索して当弁護士事務所を見つけたかと割れたので、「精神的苦痛 慰謝料 訴訟です」と答えたところ、「いや、、ですからワードって答えてるのに、精神的苦痛（スペース）とかスペースっていらないでしょ？って言われたので」、電話を切りました。弁護士の方とお話はしていませんが、スタッフがあまりにも酷い対応で心底不快になりました。とてもじゃないですが、今後当事務所を通じてやりとりするには、あまりにもコミュニケーションが取れていけないと感じたので★一つにさせていただきました。二度と利用しません。
